At Design Co. Studio 2, we believe every custom creation should be as unique as the person or business ordering it.

Whether you're shopping for personalized gifts, custom apparel, business signage, or branded merchandise, we've made the ordering process simple.

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Browse our collection of custom products, including laser-engraved gifts, personalized apparel, embroidered items, business signs, and more.

Find something you love and get ready to make it your own!

Step 2: Personalize Your Order

Provide your customization details, including names, colors, wording, logos, or other design preferences.

If your order requires artwork, upload your design or describe your vision.

We review your details and contact you if additional information is needed.

Step 3: Review & Approve Your Proof

For orders requiring design approval, we'll send a digital proof showing how your custom design will look.

Please carefully review all spelling, colors, placement, and design details.

Production begins only after your final design approval and required payment have been received.

Step 4: We Create & Ship!

Once approved, we bring your design to life using our professional laser engraving, printing, and embroidery equipment.

Every order is prepared with attention to detail before being packaged for shipping or pickup, when available.

Production & Shipping Times

Typical custom-order turnaround: 4–8 weeks, depending on product complexity, order size, and current production volume.

Design inquiries: Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.

Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected. Shipping time is additional to production time.

Important Custom Order Information

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for orders over $150.

  • New custom sign designs require a $75 non-refundable design deposit, applied toward the total order.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional $75, subject to approval.

  • Custom orders are final sale.

  • Digital proofs are provided when applicable.
